NYE without sparkles isn’t really NYE..right ? ;) So I thought I’d share another look for those that like to sparkle but in a moderate manner lol :P Both my top and skirt have sparkles on them but seeing as it isn’t FULLY covered in glitter or sequin or anything else that shines, it remains still less “in-your-face” than the usual shiny NYE outfits.
